During my vacation in Italy, I tried to keep up with the news by watching Italian TV. One of the items I saw showed this clip and I made a mental note to check out what this was all about as soon as I got home. Seems the inmates in a Philippines prison are not only keeping fit, but they are also making headlines with their moves.
