Who are the hottest women in comics today? Well, that is fairly subjective but I think the women of X-Men have been consistently hot throughout the years. Ms. Emma Frost is probably the hottest good girl/bad girl of all time and Mystique (as played by Rebecca Romijn) the sexiest villianess.
