For those of us who can't get enough of the classic rock goodness of crooner Steve Perry and his fugly band mates Journey, here is the original music video to boogie on down with your bad self. Hey, just close your eyes and pretend not to notice the silliness of them playing on invisible instruments, empty oil drums and fake keyboards attached to the side of a rented warehouse. Oh, and also pretend not to notice how frakkin' hot the 80's MTV music video chick is with her super sprayed and gel hair, eff me pumps, shorty white pleather jacket and tight short faux leather skirt. Woo Hoo! She's all mine so keep dem eyeballs off, boyo!

Wow, what a biotch! Can't she see how hot those guys are?!
Minimalist ~ I guess some of us guys get attracted to those stuck up "biotches" because we know they must be sooooooooooo fine. uh huh
But those guys as being "hot"?!? Just goes to show I have no idea what women think is hot or not in men. Of course, I never claimed to know anything about women and have given up on figuring them out many years ago.
He is 9???
WTF???
Great stuff! You tube is a wonderful device for the talented and not so talented.
Those young guys are part of the talented group.
That song brought back lots of memories. Thanks Tony
Michelle ~ Yeppers, he's a mere nine years young and belting out the oldies like a pro. It appears he's getting plenty of support from his parents and the interwebs, too, so we may hear more from these rockin' scallywags in the future. Hopefully, it won't be on American Idol or America's Got Talent :(
Blue ~ Hahaha, Blue I took your statements to be that the kids had the talent and Journey didn't. Um, er... okay, that IS what you meant. I see. Well, I freely admit that I am a Journey fan from long ago and I love kittens, too. Call me old Mr. Sentimental and no judge of talent but their music always made me "feel" and that's what music and art are all about. Of course, I am also curious as to what memories this song stirred in you, Ole Blue. Wanna share with the Bonez readers or will you hold that for a post over at your fine and entertaining blog?
Tony, I like Journey, I meant that people will post bad crap on you tube.
Every once in a while someone who is talented will post something and it becomes a hit.
The journey song reminded me of a naked woman night. Hehehe
Blue ~ I know you like Journey... even if you told me you didn't like Journey I would know you liked Journey. We go back way too far together in the blogosphere to NOT know each others' proclivities, vices and dastardly secrets. I knew what you meant but was using you as a bit of a straw man in order to lay down some schmack on Bonez readers about Journey and this awesome kid bad. Strange comments can sometimes be more fun and thought provoking, dontcha think? Oh, and I am not at all surprised either by your revelation that the song reminded you of one of my many naked lady nights. I would have expected nothing less from a man such as yourself who appreciates women so much. Thank you for sharing yourself here on Bonez, Blue. You help make it all worthwhile.
Blue ~ Oops! That's what I get for typing so fast I confused the keyboard. I meant to type one of YOUR naked lady nights... NOT one of MY naked lady nights. Would that be considered a Freudian slip or just plain out right fantasizing?
now THAT is a rock band.
GeoJoe ~ It is good to see kids with such talent honoring the oldies, eh? I have a feeling we will be hearing from the guys more in the future.
