Katie Couric Interviews Michael J. Fox
Katie Couric interviews Michael J. Fox about his recent political ads for certain Democratic candidates around the country. Also addressed are the rude and shameful comments made by Rush Limbaugh accusing Fox of exaggerating his condition to garner sympathy and shill for the Democrats. Michael J. Fox suffers from Parkinson's disease and he explains the reality of his condition and the effects of his medications. Michael isn't campaigning just for furthering embryonic stem cell research but to advocate support for all cutting edge research that may bring relief to suffers of not only Parkinson's but also ALS, Alzheimer's, diabetes, spinal cord injuries and even HIV/AIDS victims. Many scientists think that embryonic stem cell research holds promise for discovering improved therapies for these diseases and more.
