Kudos to New York's Taxi and Limousine Commission for adding six new 2006 Ford Escape hybrids to their fleet of over 12,000 cabs. The new vehicles get nearly twice the gas mileage as the current standard taxi of choice, the Ford Crown Victoria.[Read More About It HERE]
