Dr. Edmund Tramont, head of the AIDS research division of the National Institutes of Health, testified in a deposition in a recent employment lawsuit obtained by The Associated Press. Tramont candidly predicted the U.S. government will eventually create an HIV/AIDS vaccine because drug companies had no financial incentive to do so.
