Eric Prydz' Call On Me Music Video

One of my favorite "hot" videos is Swedish DJ Eric Prydz's 2004 hit single "Call on Me". The song is a looped-sample of the 1982 song "Valerie" by Steve Winwood and features Australian dancer and choreographer Deanne Berry as a sexy aerobics instructor leading a room full of scantily-clad women in sexually suggestive moves much to the delight of the single male in the class.

Peace, Propaganda and the Promised Land

Most Americans depend solely on mainstream news media as their source of information on the Middle East conflicts. It becomes important for us to examine the stories the news media presents and ask ourselves if the coverage truly reflects the reality of what is going on. There are always at least two sides to every story. Our government and media often present us with but a single perspective to control our knowledge of the world and to support their interests. This video is an opportunity to hear another viewpoint.

George W. Bush "Sings" U2's Sunday Bloody Sunday

Sunday Bloody Sunday was performed by U2 on their 1983 album War. This mix of George W. Bush voice clips brings a whole new meaning to the song. The lyrics originally chronicle the troubles in Northern Ireland but cause one to think of the irony of them coming from Bush's lips.

Creature Comforts Lip Syncs Bush Posse Rhetoric

Someone did a thought provoking clip using Aardman Animations' Creature Comforts to speak the idiotic ramblings of the Bush posse as they try to spin nonsense to the American public. The animations' lip synching is truly professional and convincing even if the words we hear them speaking are not.

The Wizard of Oz to Dark Side of the Moon

Two for the price of one here at Bonez today. Take a trip without ever leaving the farm. At least that's the way it feels when you watch this mashup of the 1939 movie The Wizard of Oz and Pink Floyd's 1972 hit album Dark Side of the Moon as the soundtrack. I found it mesmerizing and was amazed at how well some of the scenes and music synchronized. You may experience an almost drug-like induced trance before you are half through. Investigate more at The Dark Side of the Rainbow.

Michael J. Fox on Bush's Veto of Stem Cell Funding

Michael J. Fox, suffering from Parkinson's disease, speaks out on President Bush's veto of federal funding for advancing stem cell research. A majority of Americans approve of federal funding and advancing embryonic stem cell research in hope of saving millions of lives. In related news, California Govenor Arnold Schwarzenegger, in a bold move against the President, ignored the ban and loaned $150 million dollars to the state's stem cell research agency.
