Aerosmith's Steven Tyler to Undergo Surgery

steven tylerBonez has received hundred of hits related to my first post about Steven Tyler's "mystery illness". It is appropriate to follow up once more information was available. According to Reuters News, Tyler will undergo surgery this week for an undisclosed medical condition, forcing Aerosmith to cancel the remaining dates of its North American tour. Tyler can't perform for an extended period of time and the band is on hiatus. "Despite Aerosmith's desire to keep the tour going as long as possible, Tyler's doctors advised him not to continue performing to give his voice time to recover," said Aerosmith's publicist. Nothing more specific was disclosed about the exact nature of Tyler's illness.
