Corporeal is a progressive-rock band from Libertyville, Illinois, USA. Formed in 2001, their current lineup is Marty Gierczyk (vocals), Hanah Stuart (violin), Dave Bedell (drums), Robb Leu (bass), and Dave VerLee (guitar). Their album Revolutions (2007) is available through iTunes and the band's web site.
This is the main theme from the video game Halo: Combat Evolved, performed live in someone's living room (with a few post-production embellishments). This is an instrumental so singer Marty is not in the video.

This is freakin' AWESOME! Mixing Halo and live musicians is probably the best thing I've ever seen.
I've heard a lot of violin players and I can tell you that Hanah Stuart is very impressive all by herself.
