Tea Tips with Dr. Tea - Health, Beauty, Weight Loss


I am more a fan of Dr. Tea every week. My personal mission is to share Tea Tips with Bonez readers with hope you will pick up on the healthy benefits of drinking tea and promote it to your friends and family. This week Dr. Tea teaches us about the three main components of tea that aide in improved health, beauty and weight loss. These three ingredients are caffeine, the amino acid L-Theanine, and EGCG the magic anti-oxidant that may also be the cancer and HIV killer. Also, keep in mind that tea hydrates the body promoting healthier more beautiful skin versus the dehydrating effects of coffee.
