Top 10 Intelligent Design or Creation Myths

The inane battle continues to rage over the teaching of intelligent design alongside evolution in the U.S. school systems. The funny thing and probably the biggest hurdle for proponents of intelligent design is that they are touting but a single "theory" or myth concerning the creation of man and his world. That's the narrow Western Judeo-Christian thought process at work. The U.S. is the literal melting pot of world cultures and there are many views of how the universe came to be. To help out with this dilemma, LiveScience presents a list of the top ten Creation Myths that helped define civilizations both past and present. Written by Tom X. Chao and Anthony Duignan-Cabrera.

Nice point, i've always thought that myself. You know if you compromised on teaching forms of intelligent design and included others than the Christian idea, there'd be an uproar for the most part (since many of the reasonable Christians are staying out of the whole thing.)
